WEIS brings together practical wetland information in one searchable AGPHA resource. It is being reconstructed from the earlier OzHunting Wetland Database while replacing the obsolete technology and insecure database code.

The new structure preserves the original subject areas: wetland identity, environmental information, management history and objectives, hunting access and observations, public representatives, regional contacts, maps, photographs and revision records.

Information can change. Users must confirm current access conditions, public-land regulations, seasonal declarations, closures and safety requirements with the relevant authority.
